Seminars

Often, people find the law incomprehensible and, as a result, fail to take important action to help themselves. That’s why Mammel Law is dedicated to teaching people how they can take control of what happens to their family, their finances, and their healthcare decisions. For years, David Mammel has educated members of community groups, professional associations, and church congregations on the following topics:

  • Avoiding the Problems of Probate Court Through Trust Planning
  • Preparing a Will with Clear Provisions
  • Preparing Powers of Attorney for Medical & Financial Needs
  • Protecting Children from Creditors through Estate Planning Documents
  • Tax-Planning Strategies
  • Cottage Succession Planning
  • Preparing Estate Documents with Christian Instruction/Inspiration.
  • Establishing Endowment Funds
  • Preparing a Business & Family Plan to Minimize Malpractice Exposure
  • Planning for the Costs of Education

Organizations hosting these seminars have expressed that these sessions are a meaningful, yet entertaining way to provide assistance to their members, while building morale and unity.

Rebecca Wrock has educated law students in the US and Canada about estate planning for pets, and is respected within the animal law community as an authority on the topic. Rebecca enjoys sharing her knowledge with clients of doggie daycares, dog trainers, stables, riding clubs, and any group whose members want to ensure that their pets are not forgotten upon the member’s death or disability.

Churches

Pastors:

Our congregation was privileged to have David Mammel present to us regarding Estate Planning as a Christian. David's presentation was full of practical advice which could be implemented immediately by anyone, regardless of age or estate size. His presentation opened my eyes to the opportunities we all have to make a Christian witness in our stewardship of what our Lord has given, even in our final documents.
